EGAD00001008453	Raw, unfiltered fastq files obtained through RNA-seq of endometrial organoids from MRKH patients and controls. The dataset divides into three parts, depending on the growth conditions of the organoids, ie expansion medium or treated with hormones. Each sample consists of two paired-end fastq files.
