EGAD50000000173	This dataset encompasses single-cell RNA sequencing data derived from nasal swabs of a paired cohort of school-aged children with cystic fibrosis. The study includes samples both before (n=13) and after initiation (n=13) of elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (ETI) treatment. Additionally, age- and sex-matched controls were included (n=12).
