IMSGC and MultipleMS project MS patients from Netherlands
Genotype and phenotype data on 209 MS patients from Netherlands. All individuals were whole-genome genotyped on the Illumina Global Screening Array and files are provided in plink2 format (pgen / pvar / psam files). Provided phenotypes are sex, year of birth, age and Age Related Multiple Sclerosis Severity (ARMSS) score.

Data access policy for data from Netherlands
The consent provided by the individuals included in this dataset allows these data to be shared with bone-fide third parties for research that has the approval of the IMSGC data access committee, which includes a representative of the Erasmus University Medical Center Rotterdam. All of the subjects included in this data set have multiple sclerosis and were recruited in the Netherlands. The only phenotype data provided with the genotypes are sex, year of birth, age and Age Related Multiple Sclerosis Severity (ARMSS) score.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
