IMSGC and MultipleMS project MS patients from Germany, TUM
Genotype and phenotype data on 683 MS patients from Germany, TUM. All individuals were whole-genome genotyped on the Illumina Global Screening Array and files are provided in plink2 format (pgen / pvar / psam files). Provided phenotypes are sex, year of birth, age and Age Related Multiple Sclerosis Severity (ARMSS) score.

Data access policy for data from Germany, TUM
The consent provided by the individuals included in this dataset only allows these data to be shared with not for profit bone-fide third parties, for research that has the approval of the IMSGC data access committee, which includes a representative of the Technische Universitat Munchen. All of the subjects included in this data set have multiple sclerosis and were recruited in Germany. The only phenotype data provided with the genotypes are sex, year of birth, age and Age Related Multiple Sclerosis Severity (ARMSS) score.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
