Uterine leiomyoma: DNA methylation, chromatin activity and gene expression

In this study, we observed the effects of different uterine leiomyoma driver mutations to tumor DNA methylation, chromatin activity and gene expression, to form a comprehensive view on the epigenetic consequences of the mutations.
