Whole-exome sequencing data of ovarian clear cell carcinoma in East Asia

This is a genomic study to uncover the molecular landscape of ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCCC) in East Asia. This dataset contains normal-tumor paired samples of 104 patients with OCCC diagnosed in two branches of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan. These are paired-end, whole-exome sequencing data, sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq with target depth of 150X.
