EOSC4Cancer Synthetic Colorectal Cancer Genomic data

The synthetic genomes have been created trying to mimic real cancer data. Mutations are found in real CRC patients from the PCAWG dataset. The development is performed by simulating reads from each clones separately and then mixing them according their clonal proportions in each sequences.
