MEMORI WES bams

This project stores bam files from deep whole exome sequencing from oesophageal adenocarcinoma at different timepoints during neoadjuvant treatment (prior, during, post treatment), which were used to analyse evolutionary and phenotype dynamics in oesophageal adenocarcinoma during neoadjuvant treatment.
