Genomic Structural Variants in Japanese Malignant mesothelioma patients

We extracted genomic DNAs from established mesothelioma cell lines from Japanese malignant mesothelioma patients. We sequenced those genomic DNAs using 10X Genomics sequencing technologies, and analyzed genomic structural variations.
