Single cell sequences in patients with malignant tumors

We perfomed single cell RNA and TCR sequencing of 2 lung adenocarcinoma patients and 3 head and neck squamous cell carcinoma to assess the detailed biological mechanisms of resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitors.
